Meet Natasha

Seeing others discover and move into their calling is a passion born out of experience. All at once, I found myself moving to a new community, starting a new job, and watching my youngest child graduate high school. If that wasn’t enough, later I became a temporary caregiver to an aging in-law while also learning how to be a mom to adult children and making time to be a wife. I began asking myself, who am I now? What are my dreams and passions? This sparked a personal growth journey as I sought the answers resulting in Romans Twelve Two.

 My goal is to be a partner as you embark on your own journey of starting or growing your business/organization without losing what makes your work meaningful. 

As a certified coach with over 20 years experience in the public and private sectors, my mission is to help entrepreneurs create clear direction, strong systems, and sustainable growth that supports both impact and profitability by combining strategic consulting, leadership coaching, and practical operational support.
